White silica gel
Most of our products are made from this material, in sizes of 1-2 mm and 2-5 mm. Moisture-absorbing packets are used to reduce the internal relative humidity. By using them, the moisture in the packaging decreases, helping to protect the materials from damage caused by high levels of humidity during storage and transportation.
Indicator orange silica gel
The special feature of the indicator orange (orange-colored) silica gel is that as it absorbs moisture, it changes color, turning into a greenish-blue hue.
Scented silica gel
Scented silica gel is a recently patented product. It is a completely new, non-toxic material that absorbs moisture while keeping the air and the product smelling fresh. Scented silica gel has a wide range of applications.
Packaging
Tyvek®
Tyvek® is a lightweight yet extremely durable packaging material made from high-density polyethylene fibers. Thanks to its excellent breathability and water- and dust-resistant properties, it is an ideal solution for manufacturing silica gel sachets.
Its unique structure allows proper moisture vapor and air permeability, while protecting the contents from external contamination and mechanical damage. Being fully polyethylene-based, it is recyclable and an environmentally friendly packaging material.
It complies with the requirements of EU Regulation 10/2011/EC and 2023/2006/EC.
Blue label
This label is applied to all our products that are primarily used for transportation and storage.
Red label
It has food industry approval, allowing us to place the packets directly alongside vitamins, food, and dietary supplements. The packaging is coated with a special paint that is safe for human consumption.
Container bag
The container dryer bag prevents moisture from condensing on the walls of the container during storage and transport. The moisture-absorbing packet should not be opened during normal use. The container bag is made of a mixture of calcium chloride and clay, which is contained in a breathable, strong fabric moisture-absorbing packet. Calcium chloride transforms water vapor into liquid water, and the clay retains it, preventing liquid from leaking. This is crucial in situations where the moisture-absorbing packet may tear. Humidity Indicator Card
The indicator card is a humidity indicator card used to signal the humidity level within packaging.
It is 100% cobalt-free and changes color from brown to bluish-green when it reaches a specified relative humidity (5%, 10%, 60%).
Size: 53 mm x 37 mm +/- 3 mm.
